Hannibal Parks & Recreation held their first holiday house decorating contest to honor homes in various categories. Entries were collected starting in November, and winners have now been announced.
Winners in each category:

Clark Griswold: Raymond Bumbales, 2907 Hubbard St.
Anything Goes: Denzil and Mary Gentry, 1210 36th St.
Mayor’s Choice: Jim Baxter, 180 Pioneer Trail
Best Use of Scene or Theme: Francis and Marie Wells, 4205 West Ely Road
Most Holiday Spirit: John Freiling, 57453 Carrs Lane
Creative Use of Lights: Mike, Debbie and Aurora Powell, 49388 Laura Drive

Entries were judged by city and arts officials. Winners received a prize donated by SC Data, along with a sign donated by Park Place Sign Systems.
