The Salvation Army has received a $5,000 grant from Ameren Illinois.

This helps families pay a month of rent or other utilities for a month to help keep them in their homes. The Grant helps to keep those in need from spiraling towards homelessness. The Grant funds were made available through the Ameren Cares program, which connects Ameren Illinois with the communities it serves though charitable giving and volunteering. The Salvation Army of Quincy is an essential step in this program and improving the quality of life in Ameren Illinois service territory.
