A group of nonprofit, government and faith-based organizations will open
a “one-stop shop” for residents affected by the recent flooding in Marion and Lewis
Counties.

The Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall at 100 Country Road 313 in Taylor, Missouri.

Individuals and families can meet with agencies for referrals or other long-term recovery services if your family is not eligible for government assistance or if that assistance is inadequate to meet your needs. Individuals and families applying for assistance are required to bring identification showing address and proof of residence  to be eligible for assistance from some agencies.

Everyone affected by the flooding is encouraged to attend and learn more about services that are available to flood victims. There will be onsite childcare available and the building is handicap accessible. For additional information, call 2-1-1.
