Quincy Police and Adams County Deputies arrest a Quincy man after he allegedly pointed a handgun at another man.
Officers responded to 5315 Oak Street just before 10 a.m. Saturday. A male victim told police his motorcycle was nearly forced off Broadway two times by a man driving a silver Cadillac. The motorcyclist followed the car to a business known as CK Nails on Oak Street. The victim says an Asian male got out of the car and made an offensive gesture before entering the business.
A short time later, the victim reported the Asian male came out the back door, pointing what appeared to be a handgun at him. Officers located the driver of the Cadillac inside the business and determined the handgun was actually an “Airsoft” style pistol.
Police arrested 42-year-old Duong D. Tran for Aggravated Assault. Tran was later released on cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in court April 11.
