The Quincy Derby is back for 2021 and will take place on June 19th, brought to you by the Quincy Optimist Club. The Quincy Derby will feature the Superkids races on June 18^th and then the Quincy Derby on June 19^th. The race will take place once again at Bob Mays Park, come out and support all the racers, everyone is invited to attend.

Now through May 25, you can register your youngster for a chance to dive the Y101 derby car. Your nominated driver needs to be between the ages of 7 and 17 to be the driver of the Y101 car (drivers must be under 125 pounds). We will randomly select a winner at 7:30 am on Friday, May 26th on The Y101 Morning Show. 

To watch these kiddos race down the hill in derby cars that they helped built it really awesome. Not only the hard work they put into making the cars, but really wanting to win and seeing their passion for all the hard work that they have done it really a cool thing to watch.
