The final weekend for waste pick up in Quincy has been announced so you'd better get started raking up those leave up if you haven't already.

According to KHQA, Quincy's City Council announced that yard waste pick up will end December 14. Hopefully the snow will subside for you to get the leaves raked up and brought to the curb. However, if you have yard waste that needs to be deposed of after December 14, you can still haul it down to Evans Recycling at 711 West Radio Road.

If you live in Quincy, that's going to be your only option until the spring (and remember, they're closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day).

Pro tip: If you have kids, now's a pretty good time to put them to work cleaning up the yard. Just tell them Santa is watching. :)
