Quincy’s Harvest Market is Gone (Meet Its Replacement)

Don't worry though. It's not what you think.

The gas station and convenient store located at 24th and Locust is merely changing its name. That's it. Take a deep breath. Everything will be okay.

Like its five counterparts in Missouri and Illinois, the former "Harvest Market" will now be known as "Haymakers".

Technically the name change has been in place for a while now as the signage has all been updated. Nonetheless, it's 2017 and nothing is official until it's "Facebook Official", right?

Well now it's Facebook Official.

In addition to the typical convenient store items (candy, beer, fountain soda, etc.), Haymakers stores offers frozen yogurt, fresh soups, salads, and sandwiches every day. Throughout the summer, the Quincy location also hosts BBQ cookouts every Friday during lunch.

(Oh, and they have the chewy ice too.)

Located at 1600 N. 24th Street, Haymakers is open seven days a week from 5:00 am until 11:00 pm.
