Quincy Park District Announces Free Summer Concert Series

The weather is finally warming up here in the Tri-States, and the Quincy Park District is wasting no time in announcing their Outdoor Concert Series and Movies in the Park Line-up for 2019.

The concert series will kick off June 21 with Soul Shaker. Raised On Radio will take the stage on July 19 followed by The Cheeseburgers on August 2. All three concerts will take place in Washington Park beginning at 7:00 pm. All are free to attend.

The Quincy Park District is also bringing back this summer Movies in the Park. This year's featured movies include Christopher Robin (June 7), Honey, I Shrunk The Kids (June 21), and Monsters University (July 19). All movies will be in Moorman Park beginning at 8:45 pm. Like the concert series, all Movies In The Park features are free to attend.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, popcorn, and drinks and enjoy a night out with these fun free events this summer. I know I will be!
