The Quincy-Hannibal area is really blessed with wonderful service clubs that raise money for the betterment of our community. Such is the case for the Quincy Noon Kiwanis Club.  This Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday the Quincy Noon Kiwanis Club will hold their annual Bids for Kids auction both on line and live to support the youth activities in the area.

There are two separate auctions to participate in this year with separate items to bid on in each auction.  First the "online auction" bidding will begin Thursday at 7 a.m. and the bidding will end on Sunday night at 9 p.m. You will be able to participate by placing your bids at www.bidsforkids.auction.

The other "live" auction will take place, as it has for years, at Fountain Court area in the Quincy Mall. That event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Saturday.  For a list of items to be auctioned,  go to www.kiwanisofquincy.org.
