The annual Quincy Humane Society Mutt Strut is a green light for 2020, but like many other events will look a little different.

The virtual Mutt Strut will take place on October 10, and if you want to participate here's what you need to know. The theme for this year is accurate, Pets of the PAW-demic. Get it? To participate simply register online at quincyhumanesocity.org, you can also stop by the shelter and pick up a registration form.

The event is in its 26th year and all the money raised helps the shelter with our four-legged friends for food, toys, and much more. I know that my two dogs (Daisy & Max) have helped my family and I get through these strange times. Even by going on walks with us, playing outside, and just a good ol' fashion snuggle or two. This event helps the Quincy Humane Society with some of their financial needs in hopes to find fur-ever homes for all the dogs (and cats) they have at the shelter.

My dogs (and kids) love this event and it's great to see so many people come out with their dogs. This is a great way to support the Quincy Humane Society who work tirelessly to help every animal in Quincy find a forever home.
