QPS To Supply Meals For Students

Quincy Public Schools has released meal plans and details for those needing meals while school is closed for the next two weeks. The meal distribution will start Wednesday, March 18.

Superintendent Roy Webb released a plan of action in which Quincy Public Schools will provide meals for children in need to them while school is closed. The meals will start being distributed on Wednesday, March 18th and will offer both breakfast and lunch options. One breakfast and one lunch meal will be provided per child, with hours of operation being Monday - Friday 8 am until Noon.

If you wish to receive the meals, QPS will have two options, you can do a drive-thru and pick up your two meals at one of two locations. Location #1 Board of Education office, 1416 Maine Street South Entrance (off of rear parking lot). Location #2 Kroc Center, 405 Vermont Street Circle Drive

Or pick up your meals from one of the 24 locations that will be delivering meals throughout the city on school buses. See the list of drop-off locations below
