COVID-19 Cancelled last years golf outing, but the Quincy Fire Department says it is back in 2021!

After spending more then a year writing about events that have been cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is great to help spread the word about a fantastic event that is back this year! The Quincy Fire Department has announced their golf outing to raise money for a local organization is back!

The Quincy Fire Department posted on their Facebook page announcing that the Golf Outing to support Camp Callahan is back for 2021! The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 15th and this years 30th anniversary of the event will happen at 8am at Arrowhead Golf Course. On their Facebook post they say...

"The event is an 18 hole scramble with a BBQ pork lunch and drinks included in the price of $320 per team ($80 per person)...Please contact Chief Henning at the Department at 217-228-4459 or by e-mail at jhenning@quincyil.gov if you would like more information or would like to enter a team. We also have hole sponsorships available for $100 as well."
