One Death, 59 New Adams County COVID Cases Tuesday

Health department officials Tuesday announced the death of another Adams County resident due to a COVID-19 related illness.

Officials also reported 59 new confirmed cases of coronavirus Tuesday. The Adams County case total is now 7,133, with 523 active cases, 63 hospitalized age teens to 90s, seven in intensive care and now 83 deaths.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total tests continues to fall, now standing at 5.06%.
