Dollar Tree and Family Dollar are no longer requiring face masks to enter their stores.

According to our friends at WGEM, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar will no longer require guests to wear a face mask when they shop inside their stores. They will instead request shoppers wear their masks while inside of the stores but not make it a requirement.

Personally this is quite shocking to me. Dollar Tree and Family Dollar are certainly going against the national trend that has been set in motion by the likes of Starbucks, Walmart, Kohls, Lowes, and others. This certainly won't effect my willingness to shop at a Dollar Tree or Family Dollar, but it also won't change the fact that no matter what business or government building I am in, I personally will continue to wear my mask for my health and the health of others around me.
