‘Night to Dream Big’ is this Friday

The Quincy Public Schools Foundation will host its fifth annual "Night to Dream Big" gala event this Friday at The Ambiance. The public is invited to join in this wonderful evening of Big Dreams, Big Entertainment, and Big Fun to benefit the Quincy Public Schools.
The fundraiser will consist of a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. and dinner served at 7 p.m. with entertainment to follow and concluding at 11 p.m.

Tickets are now on sale on the Q.P.S .Foundation website at www.qpsfoundation.org for $50.00 per person or $360.00 for a table of eight. Q.P.S. staff may purchase tickets for $30 each for themselves and one guest. The ticket price includes dinner and draft beer during the cocktail hour, with a cash bar also available.

This year, the annual Dream Big Award will be presented to Dick Thompson, long-time Q.P.S. educator, administrator, and supporter.  Mr. Thompson will be honored for his exceptional positive impact on the Quincy Public Schools, students, and teachers.

New this year, in addition to a live auction with an array of desirable items, the Night to Dream Big Auction will feature online bidding on select items. Online bidding will be open to the public and is underway on the Foundation website at qpsfoundation.org.

The Night to Dream Big gala is the major fundraiser for the Quincy Public Schools Foundation, and 50 percent of the evening's proceeds will go back directly to Q.P.S. classrooms through the Foundation's Teacher Grant program.
