New Illinois Laws Taking Effect In 2017

If your biggest complaint with 2016 is that you couldn’t catch catfish with a pitchfork without legal ramifications, I’ve got good news for you. Come Sunday, that’s gonna be legal in the state of Illinois (FINALLY!) On the other hand, if you’re a regular bath salt enthusiast, 2017 may not be your year.
