Marion County Reports Seven New COVID Cases Wednesday

The upward trend of new COVID-19 cases continues in Marion County.

The Marion County Health Department reported seven new cases of coronavirus Wednesday.

The new positives include two men, ages 40 to 100, one of whom is a nursing home patient and the other who’s quarantined at home, and five females ages 10 to 60 who are all quarantined at home.

Marion County’s COVID total now stands at 64, 24 of which have come in the last week.
Of that total, seven are hospitalized, six have recovered and no one has died.
