If You Drive on 36th Street in Quincy You Need to Read This!

If you frequently travel on 36th Street between Maine Street and Broadway in Quincy you might want to find an alternative route beginning Monday. From Monday, April 2, until Wednesday, April 4, crews will be making pavement repairs in that area. According to the Director of Utilities & Engineering for the City of Quincy, Jeff Conte, this repair work will begin at 7 a.m. Monday with one lane northbound and one lane southbound remaining open during the repair work.

As always, motorists are advised to drive carefully in the work zone and Conte advises that you perhaps should consider an alternative route during those two days.
