Say It ain't so! AC/DC's drummer is charged with attempting to have two men killed.

Phil Rudd, the drummer for the band AC/DC appeared in a New Zealand court today facing a count of attempting to procure the murder of two men. He was also charged with threatening to kill, possession of meth and possession of weed. Rudd entered a no plea to the charges and was bailed until November 27.

The band's latest album ,called "Rock Or Bust" is scheduled for release in December.
