What did jump out at me is our crime index. On a scale of 1 to 100 (with 100 being the safest), Quincy scored a 9 meaning that we are only safer than 9% of U.S. cities, and down from 12% from a few years ago. So that's great news!

It's not all bad though. The website goes on to say that one of the benefits to living in Quincy is the lack of traffic. Basically, you can get anywhere in Quincy in less the 15 minutes. It seems that Quincy is also a great place to work.

Unlike some cities where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Quincy is neither predominantly one nor the other. Instead, it has a mixed workforce of both white- and blue-collar jobs. Overall, Quincy is a city of sales and office workers, service providers, and professionals. There are especially a lot of people living in Quincy who work in office and administrative support (13.86%), sales jobs (12.74%), and management occupations (7.01%).
