Please keep our morning show co-host Sarah Deien in your thoughts and prayers. She and her 7-year-old daughter Audrey were injured in an ATV accident over the weekend.

UPDATE from The Big Dog (via Facebook):

Visited Sarah Deien at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis today. Her spirits are good and she hasn't lost her humor at all. She is still in quite a bit of pain. The plan is for her to get up this afternoon for the first time and head to rehab. They have her in a body vest to keep her still. I told her about all of the prayers and get-well messages. She will have a lengthy recovery time. She wanted me to thank all of you for thinking of her and her daughter who is also quite sore but was released from the hospital and is going to be ok.
