Hannibal Baseball Team Reveals New Name & Logo

The owners of the new Hannibal franchise of the Prospect League revealed the new name of the team as well as their new logo for the organization this morning.
The new Hannibal baseball team will be known as the "Hoots"! In addition, the team announced they have hired a new on field manager in Clayton Hicks. Hicks is currently the assistant coach at Danville Area Community College.

The Hannibal franchise, formerly known as the Hannibal Cavemen, did not field a team for the 2017 Prospect League season.  The Hoots will be ready to participate in the upcoming 2018 season scheduled for play in May of 2018.
