Great Weekend of Fishing, Fun and Good Times

The 28th Annual Buddy Bass fishing tournament was held this past weekend at Mark Twain Lake.

Black Jack Marina was the host for the tournament and it is always a geat time. A big "thank you" to the fisherman who were there both Saturday and Sunday, some 170 of them.

Big money was won as well. And of course, you can't say enough about the folks from Golden Eagle Distributors who have put the tournament on for the past 28 years. Plus, Golden Eagle gives back to the community as well during the tournament.  Our friend, the late Thurman Munger was the man who go this thing going and we do it in his honor every second weekend in September.

We have made many friends along the way at the tournament who come every year to have fun, do some fishing and hopefully win big money. Thank you to all who are involved with this labor of love.

Can't wait till next September to see all of our friends. I am very honored to be a part of it.
