Going Bonkers To Offer Half Price Admission During Heat Wave

As Quincy faces a blistering heatwave, one local attraction is offering a hard to beat special to keep your kids safe while they burn off some energy.

Going Bonkers is offering half price regular admission all week long from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm (Happy Hour). Regular pricing is $6 for kids ages 4-18 and $3 for two and three-year-olds. Regular pricing for adults 19 and over is $1.50 per person. They are also offering a number of food specials throughout the week.

Located near 48th and Broadway, Going Bonkers is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

If you do find yourself outside this week, remember to stay hydrated, wear light colored clothing, wear sunscreen, and stay out of the sun as much as you can. Also try not to use your oven (which means lots of BBQing) as that'll just add heat to your home.

Don't forget your four-legged family members too, make sure that have a shaded place to rest outside and that they have plenty of fresh cool water.
