When I rolled out of bed this morning, I stretched my arms toward the ceiling, yawned and thought..."Boy, I hope no one is thinking of stealing any memorabilia from the lunar surface".  Actually, the thought never crossed my mind, but apparently it crossed the mind of some congressman. I read where Congress a few years ago passed the Legacy Act. What is the Legacy Act you ask?

Well, the Legacy Act was drafted by Congress to consider establishing National Parks on of all places ....(are you ready for this?)...the Moon. The Legacy Act is officially known as the Apollo Lunar Landing Legacy Act which would preserve six different sites where NASA missions landed years ago from pirates and souvenir hunters who might land on the moon in the future.

Oh, and don't even think about graffiti up there.
