Quincy Fire Department Chaplain Brother Ed Arambasich will organize the event. Members of the local fire, local law enforcement and local emergency medical service will be in attendance.

During the ceremony, Mayor Kyle Moore will be dedicating a painting donated to the City of Quincy by Quincy native Linda Go. That painting depicts firefighters raising an American Flag at "Ground Zero" in New York.

The ceremony will last less than 30 minutes and the public is encouraged to attend.
