City of Quincy Announces Holiday Schedule

It is hard to believe that Independence Day is almost here. Seems like Memorial Day just happened. With the pending holiday approaching, the City of Quincy has announced its holiday schedule.

Quincy City Hall will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. City Hall will reopen Monday, July 6, for regular business hours. Meanwhile, Central Services will be closed Friday, July 3, but there will be garbage and recycling pick up on Friday, July 3. City buses will be operating on their Sunday/Holiday schedule on Saturday, July 4.

The Quincy City Council Meeting will still be held on its regular day on Monday, July 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
