Christmas Tree Prices Up Slightly This Year

Have you picked out the just right Christmas tree for your home or office yet? According to the Associated Press, Christmas tree prices are up in 2014, but not by a lot. Growers this year will get about $20 for an average tree. That is a couple more dollars than last year.

But when there are kids involved and they really, really want a certain tree, Mom and Dad will pay that extra money so the kids can have their way. After all, having a great Christmas tree in your house that the kids picked themselves is a great idea.

By the way, did you know that there is a National Christmas Tree Association, and that it is based in Chesterfield, Missouri? Who knew?
