Chicks hosting #BeLikeGrace Fundraiser

Chicks on the River is hosting a #BeLikeGrace fundraiser, eat food and give to a great cause!

Our hearts all got heavy when we learned of the tragic passing of local teen Grace Schell. As a community there have been so many amazing stories told of her, and keeping her memory and kindness alive with the #BeLIkeGrace, well many local restaurants has stepped up to help raise money for a scholarship fun that will continue to keep spreading the kindness that Grace was known for.

Eat at Chicks on the River here in Quincy on Wednesday, October 14th from 11 am to 9 pm and help raise money for the Grace Schell Scholarship Fund. Chicks on the River created a Facebook event page, and on the page they say...

"#belikegrace is a movement that was started after the passing of Grace Schell on October 4. Grace was an amazing young lady with a smile that could light up a room, strong faith and the most kind heart. With the permission of the family, we are dedicating this day to help spread the #belikegrace movement. A portion of this days proceeds will be donated to the Grace Schell Scholarship Fund at Liberty High School."
