This weekend the annual Chicago Air & Water Show will be held on the shore of Lake Michigan in Chicago. This annual event has been held each year since 1959 and is Chicago's second most popular festival with the first being the “Taste of Chicago”.

Yearly crowds in excess of 2-million people have witnessed the free show over the years and this year will be no exception. The best place to watch the show, which is presented by the City of Chicago and is the largest show of its kind in the United States, is on the lakefront at North Avenue Beach and a Navy Pier.

Listed below are some of the aircraft and performers lined up to be at this year’s show this Saturday and Sunday.  For more information, go to: www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/dca/supp.../chicago_air_and_watershow.html
