Beginning October 13, the Champ Clark Bridge over the Mississippi River at Louisiana, Missouri will be closed for repairs. The Missouri Department of Transportation reports the crews will be working on replacing bridge expansion joints among other things. They expect the bridge to be closed through October 17.  

Traffic normally crossing the bridge at Louisiana will need to cross the river at Hannibal, to the north, or St. Louis , to the south during those repair days.
