Back to School Tax Free Weekend Has Been Announced

As a mom with a kid in school, I always look for ways to save a dollar here and there. Missouri and Iowa have their tax free weekend scheduled for this year that you might want to take advantage of.

In both Missouri and Iowa, tax free weekend is August 4-6. You can save on shoes, clothes, school supplies, computers, and computer software. There are exceptions to what you can buy, so make sure you know the official rules for Missouri and Iowa before you head to the store.

Unfortunately, Illinois is not offering a Tax Free Weekend this year. But should they?
