Shark Week is underway on the Discovery Channel, and if it’s a little too graphic and scary for kids, Discovery is teaming up with Nick Jr. for a kids version the whole family to enjoy.

Baby Shark Week is going on now through Friday for a not-so-scary version of Shark Week. Children can see some of the favorite characters from PAW PatrolBubble Guppies and Blaze and the Monster Machines, that will be featured in the Baby Shark themed episodes to educated children on sharks.

This is just the beginning on seeing more of Baby Shark cartoons. Coming in December, around the holiday's, you will be seeing a new Baby Shark show on Nick, Jr. There is a new series set to debut spring of 2021, called Baby Shark’s Big Show! (which is a working title). So, if you thought that Baby Shark was going bye-bye anytime soon, nope they are just getting started.

I've been watching Shark Week the last few nights, and I don't think I would let my 9 and 7-year old’s watch it. Some of the scenes are a little scary, so I am glad to see that there is a network that brings shark education to children making it fun.
