I don’t know about you but it is a little frightening to read the police blotter these days. Not to minimize the listings of burglaries and assaults, but is seems like there are a lot more cases of local police finding meth amphetamines in vehicles during routine police stops.

It makes me wonder, if drivers have it on them are they also using it at the same time and driving? My guess is yes and that is a frightening thought. The Meth problem is here folks and it doesn’t look like it is going away soon.

With it means erratic driving escalating in our area as well as a serious potential for innocent people getting hurt or killed on our streets and highways.

I have encountered a few of these drivers recently and I am sure you have seen a few as well. Were they on meth? God only knows.  Being on Meth is bad enough, but being on meth and on our roads is an accident waiting to happen.
