Adams Co Health Department to Hold Drug Take Back Event

Spring cleaning is in full effect for most of us, but the most important cabinet that needs to be checked is your medicine cabinet. If you do check it and find unused medicine, there is a way to dispose of it without costing you anything.

The Adams County Health Department will be holding their Drug Take Back program on April 27th. From 10 am to 2 pm, you can drop off any unused, outdated, or unwanted medicine to be disposed of correctly, and most importantly the program keeps drugs off of the streets.

So while you spring cleaning, make sure you take a look at your medicine cabinet/closet and bring any medicine you are not using to the Adams County Health Department to be disposed of.
