101 DAYS OF SUMMER CONTEST RULES

Winner must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.

Winner is responsible for all expenses incurred in the winning of the grand prize including all taxes and other applicable expenses.

The prize consists of non-stop round trip air transportation from St. Louis for 2 adults to The Riviera Maya

In Mexico and 3 nights accommodations at the Riu PLayacar Resort.  Package value total $3500.00. Winner must book when charter air is offered from St. Louis.  Winner must book travel dates with Destination Travel by 10/20/12.  Winner is responsible for all taxes and optional trip insurance.  This trip is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winner must be 21 years of age and posses a valid passport. Some restrictions apply.

All finalists will be drawn from registration boxes and on air contests. Up to three hundred names of finalists will be drawn during the 101 day contest period and 20 names will be broadcast Tuesday mornings at 7:25am on Y101 throughout the contest period. All finalists will be listed on Y101’s webpage of www.y101radio.com and will be mailed a post card. All finalists must be present (No Substitutes) to win on September 6, 2012 at the location and time listed on the post card. Late arrivals will be disqualified. Finalists must provide proof of identification at the registration prior to the giveaway on September 6, 2012.

Only 1 finalist per household and only one signup per person. Multiple signups will be cause for disqualification.

Y101, its sister stations, or parent company are not liable for any postal mishaps involving the post card delivery.

Y101, its sister stations, Townsquare Media, or any sponsors involved in this promotion (including, but not limited to, Destination Travel and/or Apple Vacations) are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during this promotion.

All decisions regarding eligibility of qualifiers, finalists, or winner of the contest, or any other facet of the contest will be made by staff and management of Y101 and their parent company.

Winner must be willing to provide their voice and likeness for the promotion of this contest.

Employees of Y101, Townsquare Media, employees of any radio station, television station, newspaper or any advertising agency within a 100 mile radius of Quincy, Illinois, or Destination Travel are not eligible to win any prizes associated with this promotion.
