The Quincy Park District has two new yoga classes starting in January 2015.

These new offerings from the Quincy Park District will benefit people of all ages and ability levels. Yoga 101 is the perfect class for those new to the activity or those who took some time away. Starting January 3, participants will focus on alignment and form. These classes will meet on Saturdays from 10:15 to 11 a.m.

Senior Yoga is designed to heal people of all fitness levels work on strength.stamina, balance and posture. Classes will meet on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. beginning on January 5. Each class will be taught by Vicki Ebbing, certified yoga instructor with 27 years of teaching experience for the Quincy Park District.
