‘Wingfest’ at the O.L.C. is This Saturday

The 2017 Wingfest will be held this Saturday at the Oakley-Lindsay Center in Quincy presented by Y101 Radio, the Oakley Lindsay Center and Mountain Dew Kickstart. Fifteen local area vendors will be serving the wings with their special sauces and rubs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Vendors this year are: The Abbey, Bro’s BBQ and Catering, Broadway Bar & Grill of Hannibal, Chartwell's at Quincy University, The Dock, Drakes Steak & Ale, The Hannibal Country Club, Imo's Pizza, O’Griff’s Grill & Brewhouse, The Place, Red Cactus/Lickin’s, Rustic Oak Grill & Pub of Hannibal, Sammy O'Sullivan's, Spud's, and the Tower of Pizza.

Vendors will be competing for Best Wing Award, Most Unique Wing Award, People’s Choice, and Hottest Wing, along with best decorated booth!  Over 4,000 pounds of top quality fresh chicken wings will be on hand for the event!

Admission is only $15 and features live music by Soul Shaker and all the wings you can eat! Children 10 and under are just $5.00.   Wingfest 2017 will also have a Bounce House for the kids!

Proceeds from the event go to the Q.N.D. athletic programs.
