Friday I posted a picture of Quincy’s City Hall and asked the question “What is wrong with this picture”?  In case you studied it and came up with nothing, here is the answer. On Maine Street at the bottom of the picture lies the answer. There is nothing wrong with City Hall itself, but the street is marked with double striped no passing lines adjacent to a broken white line signifying it’s legal to pass.

It's not unusual for some people to be confused with the decisions coming from City Hall, but now the street in front of it makes things even more confusing.
