What Will Happen to The Quincy Mall?

A lot of talk around town has been about what will happen to the Quincy Mall after the holidays. Don't get me wrong, I like going to the Quincy Mall, but it seems like this year is down a bit.

I have been there a few times this season and I just don't see as much activity as previous years. I hope the mall is packed for the next few weeks going into Christmas. Yes, there are down times in the mall, that is just a given, but what can be done to get a spark into the Quincy Mall?

They have tried many things, indoors and outside of the mall. Some work, some don't. A lot of them are fun. There was a great carnival over the summer, the jungle animals are always popular, and that was fun. An Mall-oween. Who doesn't love Mall-oween?

Now Santa has arrived at the mall, along with a great big giant rocking horse for the holiday season. Quincy Community Theatre even helped welcome Santa during his first weekend at the mall with a special holiday performance.

I really hope Santa can help bring a Merry Christmas to Quincy Mall.
