The unofficial line has been drawn as two men will be squaring off to be the Mayor of the City of Quincy. The incumbent is Democratic Mayor John Spring, who is looking for a third term as Mayor. His opponent is current Third Ward Republican Alderman Kyle Moore.

The primary election is February 26, and with no challengers from either party it will be an uneventful primary, at least for the Mayoral position. The general consolidated election is set for April 9. So election day is 75 days away. So we must wait to see who wins, or do we?

Why not hold an election today? Right here, right now. If the election were held today, how would you vote? Spring or Moore? Let me know.
