Well if you’re going to go down, go down singing, right  Is that how that goes?  Hmm.  It’s still unknown whether or not ‘Two and a Half Men‘ will begin its final season when the tenth year debuts on September 27, or if an eleventh season is in the cards, but for now things are certainly kicking off with a bang.  We’d already heard that legendary singer Michael Bolton would be dropping by the show as himself, but now edgy pop sensation Miley Cyrus is the latest big name attached to ‘Two and a Half Men’ season 10.  The real question is, who will she play, and for how long?

According to E! Online, former Disney Channel starlet and pop diva Miley Cyrus will lend herself to ‘Two and a Half Men’ season 10 for a recurring role.  The young star will portray a new girl who comes to town and sparks the romantic interest of character, Jake Harper (Angus T. Jones).  Does this mean dear Jake won’t be shipping off to the Army after all?

The network has also described the character will be “sexy” and “rife with comedy,” though it remains unknown exactly when in the new season her arc will begin.  Also guesting in ‘Two and a Half Men’ season 10 is fellow singer Michael Bolton, who will appear as himself in a romantic gesture from Walden (Ashton Kutcher) to his love interest Zooey.

Cyrus’ edgy new hairdo has also been making the rounds of the internet this morning, though it remains unseen if the change has anything to do with her ‘Two and a Half Men’ role.

What say you?  Is ‘Two and a Half Men’ season 10 shaping up, or will Miley Cyrus fail to return any life to the aging series?  Give us your take in the comments below!
