Whisk your family away to Oz for the holidays! Quincy Community Theatre opens its Box Office October 21 for the all-time family favorite 'The Wizard of Oz' (November 14-17 & 21-24).

“There’s no place like home…there’s no place like home…there’s no place like home” for the holidays! Featuring the Oscar Award-winning score from the beloved 1939 film, this all-time classic musical will enchant audiences of all ages as they relive Dorothy’s magical journey “Over the Rainbow.” Click your heels and join Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man, the Cowardly Lion, and yes, Toto, too, as they follow the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City to obtain their hearts’ desires. BUT…beware the Wicked Witch’s evil schemes! Let Glinda the Good Witch guide you to your appointment with the Great and Powerful Wizard of Oz!

'The Wizard of Oz' is under the direction of Managing Artistic Director Lenny Bart, with choreography by Cheryl Kaiser, orchestral direction by Laura Reynolds, and vocal direction by Monica Scholz. Scenic and lighting design is by Technical Director Paul Denckla with costumes by resident designer Anna Grywalski. Donna Haire serves as the stage manager.
