'The Great Outdoors Show' Coming to Quincy March 28-29

Everything outdoors is the theme for a new event coming to the Oakley Lindsay Center in Quincy in March.

"The Great Outdoors Show Presented by Mt. Dew" comes to town Saturday and Sunday, March 28-29. The show is focused on fishing, hunting, RV's, travel and outdoor adventures.

But the real stars of the weekend are the DockDogs and their canine aquatics competition.

According to Town Square Media Quincy/Hannibal General Manager Dave Greene, "We know how much the local community enjoys the great outdoors, and we are excited to bring a show like this back to the area. The Oakley Lindsay Center is the perfect location to host such an event."

Tickets to the Great Outdoors Show will be $6 for adults (which includes a 20-pack of Mt. Dew from Refreshment Services Pepsi), $2 for kids 15 and under, and kids 3 and under will be admitted free. All tickets will be sold at the door. A coupon good for a $1 discount on adult tickets will be available through Townsquare Media radio station websites.
