Most of us  have to work for a living. That's just the way it is. Fortunately, almost every job comes with some sort of perk. It might not be access to a private jet, complimentary country club membership or your own private bathroom (then again, it might), but nearly all of us are able to get something from our jobs that we otherwise wouldn't have access to.

I once had a roommate that worked in a pizza place. She was always bringing home unsold pizza at the end of the night. Another former roommate had a job at the airport, and his airline allowed him to travel for free. My brother did some work at a PGA tournament and was given a brand new golf bag as a thank you. A friend of the family is a former employee at Disney World. You can just imagine the neat stuff he had access to.

Having worked in radio stations around the country, I've come across a few complimentary CDs and concert tickets, but the perk that I always thought was the best was when I was reviewed movies for one of my stations. I would go to the theater at midnight on Thursdays and watch the week's new releases before they officially opened on Fridays. On top of that, I was also on a pass list, which allowed me access to regular showings whenever I wanted to go. That was a lot of fun.

The best perks don't have to be the most valuable. A few little things, if they are enjoyable, can be just as rewarding. What are the best perks of your job?
