The Business of Washing!

I was going home for lunch today when I noticed the there were  alot of cars at the Wash Tub. 

The Wash Tub is a laundry place where you take your clothes to be washed if you don't have a washing machine. The Wash Tub is located by our radio stations on North 24th street. It was like a clothes wash jam there for some reason. Anyway, as I was going home, I passed another laundry place and it was very busy as well. They might be busy all the time but today, for some reason I  just noticed all these cars with people taking in big laundry tubs of clothes. Did anybody else see this? Was this a special washing day that I missed? Did they have a day when you could wash under wear for free? I will dig deeper into the pile and try to find out. But not too deep.
