The Best of Y101 Online – a Guide to Using our Website

It's been over a year since we upgraded Y101Radio.com to a new and improved layout, and we continue to modify the site every day to make it even better. Just last week, a mobile version launched, which will make accessing content from Android and iPhones much easier. Here are some of the highlights of Y101Radio.com.

What's Hot Bar - Just under the main navigation section at the top of our page, you'll find the "What's Hot" bar. This bar provides convenient links to the most relevant content on our site. It's constantly updating with topical contests, promotions, sections and stories.

Events - Want to know what's going on around the area? The events page is a great place to find out what's happening in our community, as well as station events and promotions.

Y101 Rewards- Our online listener loyalty club. Membership is free and you can easily create an account in just seconds. Membership gives you access to all sorts of exclusive games and contests, including flyaway trips to see your favorite stars in person!

Listen Live - You can now listen to Y101 from anywhere with an internet connection. This is really handy if your home or workplace gets terrible radio reception. Not only can you hear the station, but you'll also see the titles of songs and names of artists as they are playing. If you're a Y101 Rewards member, we'll reward you with extra Y101 Rewards points for online listening. In fact, the longer you listen, the more points you'll be able to earn! We're also live on your phone via our newly-optimized mobile website, and the station is available through the radioPup app.

Daily Blogs - The on-air staff publishes new content to the site every day. Sometimes the stories are serious news pieces, sometimes they're just for fun. We work really hard to come up with blogs that are informative and entertaining. The best part is that you can interact with the stories. Feel free to leave remarks in the "comments" section at the bottom of each blog, and share the stories on Facebook and Twitter. The newest content on our site displays first on our home page, then is listed in reverse-chronological order.

Music - Visit the music section of our site for the latest news on your favorite stars, concert information, and you can also tell us what you think of new music with our weekly New Music 101 feature.

Search - If you hear us mention something on the site, but you're having trouble finding it, do a search! The search bar is in the upper right-hand corner of each page on our site.
