That Turkey Not Cooperating? There’s Help!

So you thought you had the thanksgiving meal all under control and then you realize you don't.  Well have no fear, there is help out there for you today. The USDA has a hotline for meat and poultry that’s available to help. You can call them at 1-800-535-4555 anytime to hear recorded messages. The hotline is open on Thanksgiving Day from 8:00 a. m. to 2:00 p.m.

Butterball operates their Turkey Talk-Line at 1-800-BUTTERBALL (1-800-288-8372) -- you can call them throughout November and December.
