Thank You MoDOT!

Every week, we here at Y101 get a news release from our friend Marissa Brown-Ellison from the Missouri Department of Transportation. The news release covers the Northeast District in Missouri concerning road work and any road related problems that might have to be worked on.

These news releases are for us in the media but also for travelers of Missouri highways. MODOT in Northeast Missouri covers a big area. How they keep track of everything, I don't know. But they do somehow and they do it very well. Anybody can go the the MODOT site, pick the area in the state of Missouri they want to go to and find out about road work. You can even get a weekly road work schedule for Northeast Missouri at the MODOT web site that may help you find a better way to get to where you are going.
