It was a great time at the Admiral Coontz Armory in Hannibal back on February 21. I don't know where all the people came from but they did show up for the 32nd Annual Chilli Cook Off. Many people came to have a good time but also to support the Great River Honor Flight.

Remember Cory McCloskey? He was the weather guy at WGEM years ago. He has since moved on to other opportunities, and is currently doing weather at Fox 10 in Phoenix, Arizona. We happened to stumble across this video from Mr. McCloskey on Facebook. Something tells us this forecast didn't go according to plan, but he turned it into TV to remember. You'll want to see this!

Muscular Dystrophy Association Needs Jerry Lewis Back!
It was September 4th, 1966 and the television world saw its first Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Telethon.  That's right, 46 years ago today.  Jerry Lewis is no longer a part of the telethon. He was asked not to return before last year's show for reasons that are still unknown today and without him, the telethon has apparently suffered.
